JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large data sets and providing insights that will drive business decisions.
In this role, you will collaborate with various teams within the organization, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to identify trends and patterns in data, develop predictive models, and create data visualizations that communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Develop predictive models using statistical techniques, such as regression analysis, clustering, and decision trees.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis projects.
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and other documentation as needed
•Create data visualizations that communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions based on data analysis.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and data mining to support business decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through data validation and quality control processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
• Performing other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of data as per company policy
• Previous data entry or related experience preferred, but not required
